Project Risk & Sensitivity Analysis

To help address our customer’s worries regarding varying project parameters we can perform risk and sensitivity analysis.

In most cases, management teams are interested in the results of our “what if” scenario simulations to help address shareholder worries. By performing Monte Carlo computer simulations, we can gather statistical results for hundreds of possible scenarios. As such, we help uncover project parameters with the highest degree of risk and impact on final outcome. Examples of such parameters are fluctuations in generated income, financing, initial implementation and operation/maintenance costs.

The results from the analysis lead to pre-implementation failure mode analysis and countermeasures to minimize risk and maximize the success of the project over its life cycle.
